راحتك تهمّنا. لو في مشكلة في طلبك، إحنا هنا نساعدك.
- مدة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع: خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الطلب.
- حالة المنتج: لازم يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبتغليفه الأصلي.
- المنتجات المخصصة: المنتجات المطبوعة بالاسم أو المخصّصة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا لو فيها عيب صناعة.
- طريقة الطلب: تواصل معانا من صفحة تواصل معنا ومعاك رقم الأوردر وصور توضّح المشكلة.
لو المنتج وصلك تالف أو غلط، هنستبدله أو نرجّعلك فلوسك بالكامل من غير أي تكلفة إضافية.
Return & Exchange Policy

- Return/Exchange window: within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Product condition: item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom items: personalized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
- How to request: contact us via our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or fully refund you at no extra cost.
